Privacy notice

What we collect

• Tournament results. Names, divisions, scores and standings from Grand Prix events are public and appear on player pages and leaderboards.
• Player accounts. If you create an account we store your email address, the display name you choose, your password (hashed, never readable by us), and which player profile you have claimed.
• Activity. Photos you tag yourself in, likes and comments you make, and the notification choices you set.
• Browser notifications. If you turn them on, we store the subscription your browser gives us so we can send them. Turning them off deletes it.
• Counters. Photo views and shares are counted without storing who you are. We keep no advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run the site: show results, let you sign in, tag yourself and comment.
• To notify you about activity on your photos and your profile claim. Each of these can be switched off on your account page.
• To send Grand Prix news and results, only if you ticked that box at sign-up or on your account page. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and the switch on your account page does the same.

Who sees it

Your email address is never shown on the site and never sold or shared for someone else's marketing. The services that run the site hold data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (accounts database) and Resend (email delivery). Photos are stored with Vercel.

Juniors

Photos of junior players can be marked by the organiser so that comments are reviewed before they appear. A parent or guardian can ask for a junior's tags or photos to be removed at any time.

Your choices

• Change your display name and notification switches on your account page.
• Remove a tag from any photo you are in, or delete your own comments, from the photo itself.
• To delete your account and everything tied to it, email lervasquez@gmail.com from the address on the account.
